Description
Determines whether the Shutdown button in the Log On to Windows dialog box is enabled. The Log On to Windows dialog box is displayed when you are logging on to Windows NT4/2000/2003/XP. The Shutdown button lets users stop the operating system without logging on or turning off power to the computer.
