Description
Determines whether pop-up error messages that appear when the system starts are suppressed. You can add NoPopUpsOnBoot to the registry to prevent Windows 2000/2003/XP from displaying messages when no one is there to read them, such as computers that are configured to log on to Windows 2000/2003/XP automatically.

Note
NoPopUpsOnBoot does not suppress the message notifying the user that the domain controller cannot be contacted. To suppress this message, use ReportDC.
Windows 2000/2003/XP does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
