Sft-Ctrl-Esc

This key sequence will bring up the new task manager in NT4/2000/2003/XP (TaskMgr.exe in the system32 directory). This file is renamed to TaskMgrv.exe in NT 4 to disable the keystroke, but the application may still be run as a password protected application for system administration use. In Windows 2000/2003/XP, you can disable this key sequence and the task manager using the OS Policy dialog.
